Responsibilities & Duties
The City Clerk performs the following duties:
  • Collects and deposits of all revenue
  • Handles financial and end-of-the-month reports
  • Keeps of records on all information that comes to the city
  • Prepares Council agenda and packet information
  • Reconciles bank statements
  • Records all minutes, ordinances and resolutions for permanent records
  • Takes and prepares minutes of Council meetings
